The centerpiece of the event will take place at Ocular, located at the iconic Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa, with sweeping views of Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, and Cape Town’s skyline.

Currency is built to maximise meaningful connections across three days, featuring a welcome reception, curated networking dinner, a full day of content and roundtables, a rooftop after party, and an activity-day with a select group of founders and investors.

Welcome party (25 Feb)
An informal evening to kick off the gathering at the Lawns. Expect welcome remarks, food and drinks, stunning views, and plenty of time to connect.
Day 2
Main event (26 Feb)
A full day at Ocular with 100+ leaders from fintech, crypto, and investing. Highlights include a BVNK keynote, interactive debates, curated roundtables, case studies, and partner.
Day 3
Activity day (27 Feb)
Unwind on the Cape Town coast with a padel tournament at Glen Club, followed by casual networking with food & drinks.
