No. C 66961), is authorised and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) as an Electronic Money Institution under the Third Schedule to the Financial Institutions Act (Chapter 376 of the Laws of Malta) and as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider in accordance with the Markets in Crypto-Assets Act (Chapter 647 of the Laws of Malta) and Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets (MiCA).
