Don has extensive experience in enterprise grade systems and blockchain technology. Previously founded Cue, a bootstrapped customer engagement platform, and Verity, a fraud reduction service.

Emma has 11 years of experience leading marketing teams in the fintech industry. Previously led TrueLayer’s marketing team as it grew to a $1bn+ company.

Darran has significant experience leading finance teams for publicly listed companies including Ebury, Marks and Spencer, and Tesco.

Matt is an accomplished revenue leader, previously overseeing sales at Meltwater for 10 years as it became a publicly traded company.

Chris is a chartered financial analyst, experienced FX trader, and was previously a partner at a macro/crypto fund before co-founding BVNK.

Simon has a wealth of experience financial services, previously leading product and commercial teams at Silvergate, RBS, Barclays, HSBC and Chase.

Tina has over a decade of experience working for leading payment companies, previously acting as Deputy General Counsel for Clearbank.

Ian is an established leader, previously heading up the Customer team at Currencycloud (acquired by Visa in 2021) for 8 years.

Natasha began her career in Investment Banking and has since gained experience across debt, corporate finance, and investments. Prior to joining BVNK, she was a transactor at JSE Listed investment fund, African Rainbow Capital, focusing on fintech investments and serving on the boards of investee companies.

Julia is an experienced venture capital investor turned operator. She has spent her career either investing in or working at leading crypto and fintech firms. Most recently she worked at Zero Hash and Trade Republic.

Nikita has spent the past 6 years building teams in the fintech industry, supporting BVNK's growth from 50 to 270 employees globally.
