‘Closed loop payments’ refers to a payment flow which ensures inbound and outbound payments are made from and to the same registered customer. In most cases, you can’t force ‘closed loop’ payments automatically on the blockchain, though there are some circumstances where you can. But blockchains give us new and powerful ways to mitigate risk, through enhanced ‘Know Your Transaction' practices. Learn more.
We segregate (hold separately) customer e-money funds at all times from BVNK’s company funds or the company funds of our banking partners. This means that your e-money funds are protected in the unlikely event that BVNK or one of our e-money partners, becomes insolvent.
