Customer virtual accounts now available for EEA customers
Financial institutions and Forex brokers in EEA can now offer EUR and GBP virtual accounts from BVNK to their individual or business customers, with access to Faster Payments, SEPA Credit and SEPA Instant. Reach out to your account manager to learn more.

In response to customer feedback, any refunds to your customers will now be paid out in the same currency in which they were paid in.

New ‘Held’ status for channel payments
If your channel payment is held for compliance review, the status will be automatically reflected in the Channels section of your BVNK Portal, replacing the previous DETECTED status.
