This registration will allow BVNK to offer crypto exchange services in Spain in compliance with the requirements of its central bank’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CTF) rules.

The introduction of a regulatory sandbox has shown that its government is serious about its efforts to digitally transform financial services and serve as a catalyst for innovation.
